Returns & Refunds for Physical Products

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as personalized or special orders)
  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. As with other returns, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

Refunds for VIP Membership Subscriptions

If you cancel your VIP membership, you may be eligible for a refund upon request.

To cancel your membership and request a refund, please contact us via email or live chat. Refunds are processed within 5 business days and will be issued to your original payment method.
